Shipping policy
At RedHearts, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days. Please note that shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include customs clearance or carrier processing delays. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, rare delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or high shipping demand may extend delivery to 10–16 business days. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
You can track your order anytime from your email through the “Track Order” page on our website using your tracking number.
Please note: Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment. You should never pay to track your package. RedHearts is not affiliated with third-party tracking services that request payment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
RedHearts is not responsible for: Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Rejected or refused deliveries. Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
